Book cover done for Illustration class. I chose Bridget Jones' Diary partly because it is, indeed one of my favorite books (hello, Fielding coined the terms "Emotional Fuckwittage," BRILLIANT!) and also, I believe it matches the particular 'nicer' style I've been toying with. That being said, I absolutely LOVE Bridge, and her wobbly bits.

Dorky Dorks.

Half personal, half class project. It was an open project so I decided to make a card for the Cancer Angels who sent my sister encouragement via little gifts, cards, and beautiful words. They're truly kind hearted people whom I'm eternally grateful for making my sister smile.

I will make the obligatory note that the birds are indeed orange and blue, because both my sister and brother in law are UF alumni and die hard Gator fans.

Here's the second fashion illustration I did for class. I'm digging the texture I got with this one. Unfortunately I had a lovely HD accident and lost my textures (and hundreds of awesome pics) but oh well, that's what you get when you don't back up that stuff (I only had my projects backed up, go fig!)




And this is my submission for senior portait. What do you guys think? I'm s'pretty! I can't look at this and not laugh and my goal is to at least make someone else laugh as well.

one of two fashion illustrations done for class. I like the simplicity of this one. It was a pretty open assignment, and despite a rusty start, I think overall the end result was worth it. I'll post the other piece once I'm done tweakin' it.
